I called this company to repair my washer/dryer combo because neither the washer nor dryer was working. Mike answered right away and took the time to listen. I told him I had already checked the circuit breaker and the plug. He said it sounded like an electrical issue and guided me through a few more checks to be sure. He was absolutely right—it turned out to be an electrical problem, not the appliance.

Before finding this company, I had called five others. They all wanted $100–$200 just to come out and couldn’t schedule anyone for a week. Mike didn’t charge me a dime for his advice over the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest.
